We work hard for the best results, but at the same time we try to break through the traditional office culture. Cases are discussed in all openness and good faith. Everyone is actively involved in the development and implementation of the (policy) plans.
We offer challenges and responsibility, in addition to a personal development plan per individual employee. This includes good facilities and timely rest, instead of a match to see who is turning off the latter. Our challenge is: how can we inspire and motivate each other.
